          Terrific bright light
This Pinegreen light is super bright. the light comes with a small mounting bracket that once secured the light simply slides down over it. The motion detector works flawlessly. It allows you to select one of 3 modes. Super bright if there is motion and off otherwise, always on at night with half of the power, then full power when there is motion (really cool) or just off. This light is fantastic for anyone that needs a good amount of light with very little effort to install. Highly recommend.

Perfect when you need light where you don't have a power supply.
I got both the 2 and 3 head solar lights for our chicken run (that there is no power run to) to see which I liked better. This review if for the 3 panel light. I have had no issue with charging even on overcast days. The motion sensor works great and the sensitivity is adjustable. The best feature in my opinion is that there is a base that you attach wherever you want the light and the light can be taken off of the base, without tools, to clean or replace batteries. The time the light stays on is adjustable as well but the the solar charging panel can only be positioned up/down & side/side (not fully articulated like the light panels). All in all I am very happy with this solar light, it is very bright and much needed. As with all solar lights, the true test is time. I have high hopes and am happy so far.

            Great Idea
This is a great idea for a outdoor light. The problem is that when I went to put the plastic piece on the mount it cracked and broke. Now there is nothing to mount it with. There is a product similar that is "as advertised on tv" that seem like a better light. It can be staked on the ground or mounted with one screw that goes through the unit. Will mount this with tie wire. It will still give me the light needed.

Bright enough to illuminate a 10X10ft area
The motion-sensing LED solar flood light is easy to install (2 screws provided) and produces bright (1500 lumens) light that is sufficient to illuminate a 10x10ft area according to my experience. The color/tint of the light is cold, maybe around 6500K. It has three foldable panels that you can adjust based on the target area. It has three functions activated with the button in the back, 1) press once for motion sensing brightest light, on for 20 seconds following detecting motion, 2) press once more for low brightness always on during dusk and brightest on after detecting motion for 20 seconds, 3) press once more to turn off the light. I installed it on the siding of the house using different screws than those provided, choosing a pointier screw to be able to drill the siding material. The plate is installed first with the screws and the light is installed on top of the plate. I am using it over my grill so that the area has enough light during night-time grilling. I used to use a flashlight to see the grill and food better, so I don’t need to have that any more and can have my hands free. I have another smaller solar light next to it, but it is not half as bright as this, so it didn't help with the grill. Overall, this solar LED light produces a lot of light and I am hoping to use it for many years to come.

Very bright but not desirable otherwise
With 1500 lumens this light is rather bright. The light panels are adjustable in direction but limited movement. The main drawback is the adjustable solar panel is extremely limited. Basically that panel is directed straight up, very very slight angle. I don't like the fact when the sun gets to a certain point, especially late afternoon, the panel can't be angled to catch that sunlight. It also interferes in installation. And you have to avoid overhangs, roofing, or branches if you were installing on a tree, because the sun would be blocked. I ended up turning the unit sideways on a post so the panel was facing straight out and would catch the western exposure in the afternoon/evening . The unit is plastic, average quality, has 120 degrees sensor range. Senses up to about 40 ft. The second major drawback to this unit is there is no battery that can be replaced. I emailed Pine Green Customer service before I installed it because I couldn't find any battery access on the unit nor any info on the product info. Here is their reply: "Our triple head Solar light does not have a replacement battery. It comes with a rechargeable battery and the lifespan is based on usage and Mode. The average lifespan of this light based on average usage is 3-5 years." Technically, it is disposable. The only alternative is to trash it and buy another unit. Would be more cost effective to replace a battery in my opinion. Time will tell if the unit lasts very long.

            Small But Mighty
I must admit from the pictures and description I expected this light fixture to be a little larger than it is, but it is very bright and has a good throw, more like a floodlight than a spotlight. I also always thought that solar power was only good for heating water and science projects, but this thing really works. I wanted to use the light as a security light to light up the area in the back of my house. Not a security light in the usual sense, but because we get a lot of small wild animals prowling around at night in South Florida and if the light is lit, I won’t let my dog out, and when he is out, I can see him, and this motion activated light is perfect for that. While it’s very easy to mount with two (2) screws I haven’t mounted it yet because, being as small as it is, I wasn’t sure it would work for what I had in mind, so I charged it up in the sun and then took it out at night and held it up to the wall where I intended to mount it, and it works perfectly. I don’t think you can go wrong with this light for lighting a small area. For those of you to whom it might make a difference, this product is made in China and the light fixture is all plastic construction.

            Easy to install
Pinegreen Lighting 3-Head 8-Watt Integrated LED Black color 120-Degree Solar Motion Activated Area Light. Let me start by saying I was hoping for a light that would have more power to light up more of an area! As per instructions I installed said light almost 8’ up a tree. The light is blinding if you look at it, but at a distance not as much light as I was hoping for. Instructions are easy to follow and installation is a breeze. I used 4” finish head screws because of the redwood tree has very thick bark. The 3 heads adjust easily and the motion activated area light works very well. I would have given it 5 stars if it had more light!

WOW A Whole Lot of Light
Pinegreen Lighting Brand, 3-Head 8-Watt Integrated LED Black color 120-Degree Solar Motion Activated Area Light is nothing less than amazing for light output at night. I really think this solar battery LED light is equal to a hard-wired lamp in light output when illuminated. Installation is easy with only two screws to attached the mounting bracket. I did precharge mine for 1.5 days in the sun before installation. And I did install it in a West exposure where it will get plenty of sun. Aside from off, the motion light comes with two settings. A low level that brightens when sensing motion and bright only when sensing motion, which is the setting I use. The light will stay brightly illuminated as long as it is sensing motion. Once motion stops, the light turns off after 20 seconds. The motion light did not appear to have a user replaceable battery that I could find. That is unfortunate as many of my solar lights fail due to the battery needing replacement, not due to the LED’s burning out. To sum it up, this solar LED light has the WOW factor for me.

Easy way to add a motion activated security light.
I recently added a wired solar light which required running a power supply line and installing a flush mounted junction box. Well, it was decided that I install a second security light. I decided to give this solar powered light a try. I have to say I am very satisfied with it. The installation is very easy. There is a mounting bracket that has to be attached to the house (screws included ) and the light slides and locks onto it. The LED panels are adjustable so you can direct the light where you need it. You have the option of using the light just as a motion activated light that will come on at full brightness when activated, and stay on for about 20 seconds. You can also use the dim light/ motion sensor mode. With this mode the light automatically comes on at dusk in a dim light mode. When motion is detected, it goes to full brightness for about 20 seconds. After that it returns to the low brightness energy saving mode. This light saved me a lot of time and the hassle of running electric and installing a junction box. If I have to install another security light this is what I am going to use.

            Versatile solar charged security light
This little solar security light, has 3 settings for a couple different ways of functioning. The switch allows for full brightness motion detection after dark, lighting the lamps for about 20 seconds (not adjustable) on time while motion lasts. The second switch setting has the lamps come on after dark with a dim low output light setting continuously, but if motion is detected they will go to full brightness for 20 seconds again, while motion lasts. The third setting is simply the off setting. What I like mostly though on this solar security lamp is that each of the 3 lamps are separately adjustable for direction. The only minor thing I did not like was that the solar panel can only adjust to about a 25 or 30% angle towards the sun. During winter times, it would be better in the northern hemisphere to adjust at a higher angle to catch more direct sunlight for better charging. There is a lithium ion battery internal to store captured energy, and if you use the simple security function on the switch without continual lighting at dusk, you can pretty much rely on all night motion detection from this unit. Of course you should try to face the solar panel towards the normal suns path (south for most of us), but this should work pretty well with less direct light too. Obviously if you put it in the shade, it might not gain enough energy to operate much. I like these type lights, and I highly recommend it for your security and safety needs.
