Was not sure about color wanted a green that looked almost black I call it a Charleston green I called the factory and they sent me a sample color they are just perfect and added so much to my home I had to have 12 pair they were shipped directly to my home packaged well all in good condition hardware to install was included very happy and would recommend this product the customer rep that answered the phone at plygem was great I did not get the information I needed from Home Depot even though they sold the product I had to call the plygem Corp office to get a sample color Home Depot didn’t have sample wheel in store gor me to look at and that is ridiculous they don’t keep this color or size in the store and of course I wanted to actually see the color in person b4 I ordered 12 pair I ordered on April 27 and was delivered on may 8 even though Home Depot site kept giving me a later date gor delivery
