I bought these windows in January. They were delivered in February. I could write a book on how they were left... but I won't but lets say I was less than pleased. I bought 3 of this specific size and 2 of other sizes. The windows were installed and worked nicely. Today I saw something weird in my open window. I looked and noticed 3 of 4 sides of the outward facing decoration are FALLING OFF... with one having already fell off... which is what I saw leaning on my screen. I enjoyed the smooth operation of the window. and the screen is very durable. But if the window is just going to fall apart. Not good.

One window is in excellent condition. Other one was broken inside of the box! Delivery guy provided excellent service.

We purchased a large PlyGem picture window for the front of our home less than 10 years ago, and unfortunately, the seal appears to have already failed. The window now holds moisture between the panes, which has ruined both the appearance and function of what is supposed to be a beautiful front-facing feature window directly above our front door. This is a fixed picture window, meaning it does not open or close and has experienced virtually no wear and tear beyond normal glass cleaning. For such an expensive replacement window, I am extremely disappointed that it has not even lasted 10 years. What has been even more disappointing than the product itself has been the warranty process. It has been a complete cat-and-mouse game trying to get help. The store where we purchased the window directed us to the online warranty claim site, which we completed as instructed. After submitting the claim, we were told someone would reach out to us, no one ever did. When we followed up by phone, we were told our claim was “in the queue” and would be reviewed the following week. After hearing nothing again, I called back, only to be told it would be another 2–3 weeks before someone could even review the claim. I was also told the manager was only available through voicemail, so I left yet another message. From the very beginning, we clearly communicated that we are hosting our son’s wedding reception at our home this August and hoped to have this issue resolved before then so we would not have a deteriorating, moisture-filled window facing the front of our home during such an important family event. At this point, I am disappointed both in the durability of the product and in the lack of responsiveness and customer service regarding the warranty process.

Good windows, just make sure to read the description carefully so you don’t get any surprises

We love everything about these windows. They were easy to install, look beautiful, love the latch - very intuitive, they glide smoothly and there is not a hint of a draft from either of the 2 we installed. We also love the color, it added depth rather than just white on white. Highly recommend and the price can't be beat. Will definitely be buying more for future jobs.

I like the windows so far. The lever to open the window seems flimsy and I am not sure how it will hold up after multiple opening and closings. The windows were packaged to protect them but some of the cardboard that was stuck to the widow does not come off. it is not visible on the inside but IS visible on the outside.

The window was easy to install. Slides easily to open and close.

Windows seem to be decent quality but after installing them ,I noticed the snap in glazing bead that seals the exterior glass was poorly cut and placed . I will have to try and redo vinyl glazing bead or patch it with silicone caulking. Poor quality!
