Once pond is emptied, how long to wait before applying Pond Armor to the dry concrete surface?
What is ideal temperature for the 24-hour time period to apply the epoxy? Can this be applied in the winter?
Would this product adhere to a previously epoxy painted pond without removing the existing epoxy?
Yes, but make sure to examine the previous epoxy. Remove any old epoxy that appears to be failing. Covering up a failing coating with a good coating will not fix the problem.
Can this product stick to an elastomeric paint? I'm making a cold plunge and had rhino liner professional applied, but unfortunately leaks contrary to what I've been told and have read. The rhino liner is an polyurethane and polyurea hybrid.
No, those types of coatings are made in a way so that things do not stick to them.
Will this product hold up in a chlorinated swimming pool

Can I apply this over a rock pond that was payed over a liner initially or do I have to disassemble everything first

I sprayed my pond with a silicone pond waterproofer. Unfortunately, it didn't do the trick. Will this product stick to that silicone coating?
No. That material is high susceptible to peeling and if you coat over it with anything else, when that rubber peels, everything will come off attached to it.
