The Pratt 20 in. X 1000 ft. Clear Stretch Wrap came well packaged and arrived in a reasonable amount of time. This wrap clings to itself which allows for whatever task you are doing to be completed quickly. I have a few Snowmen and Chistmas items that I will be wrapping with this. We have a lot of vegetable plant stacks and snow stacks that will be wrapped with this wrap. No more falling all over the garage. Would highly recommend.

Nice clear stretch wrap to help with keeping things secure for moving. This is a 4 pack, each 20 inches wide and 1000 ft long. Please note that handles are not included to help with rolling it. Hard to say how much furniture this will cover, because that will depend on how many wraps you do! But it definitely keeps drawers from popping out and helps to keep things secure. It can also keep dust off of items placed in storage units. Overall, it is a good product, just wish it had handles!

Over the years I have come to know Stretch Wrap as a shipping department item. Then came retirement, and packing, and moving. Now I find stretch wrap to be as handy as packaging tape, without the sticky residue. The 20 inch wide roll is great for containing stacks of small packages being prepared to move, and equally useful in providing dust-proof protection for larger items. It is easy to use and suitable for more household applications than I ever imagined.

The Pratt retail specialties 20 in wide by 1000 feet long is a great product for moving or putting items in storage. This shrink wrap is a plastic film that you can wrap around objects (furniture, couches, chairs, boxes or any other thing you have to prevent form damage), no matter what the size or shape. For added adhesive you can apply heat to the surface after wrapped, which causes the plastic to shrink. As it shrinks, it conforms to the shape of your object and seals itself. I have used this product for years in the transportation industries and it helps protect the freight and seals it to prevent leakage and damage to the product. Tip: if you don't have handles for the roll, you can use cut some cardboard pieces and use them on the ends of the roll. Pull out some of the roll out and wrap around the box then wrap the box with the wrap a few times until it is covered. Great product with many uses.

Perfect for wrapping and protecting pallets, furniture, or odd shaped objects. Having moved more than a dozen times, we’ve become attuned to packing materials. There are the obvious boxes, packing paper, and bubble wrap. But to really “turn pro” you need stretch wrap, such as Pratt Retail Specialties “20 in. x 1000 ft. Clear Stretch Wrap (4 Pack)”. Wrap this around upholstered furniture to protect it from dirty hands and make it easier to grasp. Keep dresser drawers in place and cabinet doors from flying open while in transit. Bundle those awkward, hard to pack items like long handled garden tools. Wrap rolled area rugs. If you’re moving in bad weather, wrap boxes containing important papers. It will help keep moisture from soaking through the cardboard and ruining your documents. See pic. The plastic isn’t sticky and doesn’t leave behind glue or residue. But it does stick to itself -- really well. So much so that it helps to have a second person hold the end while the other holds the tube and begins unrolling and wrapping. Handles are available to make dispensing easier, but they’re not included, and I couldn’t find them advertised on Home Depot. Too bad, because I’d definitely buy them. Else I would have given it 5 stars. I didn’t unroll and measure, but I believe each roll in the 4-pack is 1000 linear feet. So it’s a lot of material for the money. Recommended. This Pratt Retail Specialties stretch wrap is wonderful. This stuff quite literally has a thousand uses. If you were going to be moving it would be perfect to wrap around a chest of drawers, file cabinet or any other type of furniture with drawers in it to stop them from opening. If you wanted to protect something from coming apart or from getting scuffed and damaged while moving this stuff would be perfect. You can wrap moving blankets around your furniture then wrap this stretch wrap around the blankets so that they stay wrapped up. If you have any type of floor rugs that you want to keep rolled up this stuff would work perfectly. This stretch wrap is basically like a Swiss Army knife and you can use if for anything. This is wonderful stuff that you can have on the shelf for that day when you finally need it. Anytime I go to help a friend or family member move from now on I’m taking some of this with me. You no longer have to worry about getting sticky packing tape all over what ever you are trying to keep closed and making a mess of things. This stuff is very good at sticking to itself so all you have to do is wrap it around the item you are trying to protect and you are good to go.

I thought this clear stretch wrap would have a sticky side as I wanted to use it to hold down carpet so I could paint baseboards but it does not. It does stretch and it will be used to secure items when needing to bundle things together. The four rolls came in a box and were packed well. There is NO cutting device or handles. It was easy to find the end and fairly easy to maneuver the roll. Since it is on a large roll with no handles or cutter, you'll need to devise a way to get it off the roll.

Pratt Retail Specialties 20 in. x 1000 ft. Clear Stretch Wrap has a pretty good thickness to it. I first became familiar with stretch wrap and its multitude of uses when I was working in shipping and receiving. It didn't take me long to start applying it to non-business endeavors. Most any furniture or appliances that need moving and have doors or drawers that don't have a position latch can be secured with a couple wraps stretch wrap. This product is an ideal weight for doing that.

The stretch wrap is perfect for securing any item that you want to protect. The four twenty inch by 1000 feet four pack is handy but you might need to buy the adapters for the ends that would make it a lot easier to hold and wrap the item. I have items that I send to our family that need to be protected so this wrap is perfect. My wife had to ship a set of plates and this stuff worked perfectly so it doesn't matter if it's a pallet of metal rods or something small.

I selected Pratt 100% recycled Stretch Wrap for protecting my son’s flat screen TV during a move to his new apartment in another state. I didn’t want anything to happen to the screen. So, I placed bubble wrap against the screen and secured it in place by wrapping with Pratt’s 100% Recycled Stretch Wrap. I like using this wrap knowing I’m not going to mar the finish.
