Nice product but expensive for what it is - just a metal strap with 4 holes. Cosmetically nice and packaged well but gets marks and scratches very easily so be careful handling them once out of the box. Easy to install but it is impossible to get the washer in between the strap and the wood.

The screws are junk. They heads strip out extremely easy. Also the heads break off or the screw bends.
