All locks were not keyed alike.
8 had 1 key that matched and the other 4 had a different key that matched those 4. I called the lock company and they told me the only way they could correct the problem was to send all 12 back and just reorder and try it again.

I ordered 12 keyed alike locks, but 8 of them...
I ordered 12 keyed alike locks, but 8 of them open with one set of keys and the other 4 open with a different set. After a couple weeks of use, two of them are already very difficult to get to lock and another one is rusting up already.
