    Dust!!!!
Terrible pellets…. And more expensive. Bought 5 ton. Have to dust house every 2 days. Be careful, the dust creates particles that tend to build up in pipe exiting stove, clean often. Even though it says hardwood, it feels like soft wood. Dumped last years pellets (Michigan Hardwood Pellets) which were wonderful into this years bag, see attached. Green Pellets on right. Resembles hot cocoa powder… Only positive is little ash, but burns through pellets about 30% faster.

I have used Heatrs Pellets manufactured in Show Low AZ for over 5 years and was fairly pleased with their performance. Last week I purchased Green Supreme Pellets because Home Depot was out of Heatrs and was amazed. Typically 3 days and 3 bags of Heatrs would fill up my ash pan 6" full. With Green Supreme after burning 6 days and 6 bags I only had 1/2" of ash in my 6" deep pan and very little ash residue on my glass door. Green Supreme also burns much hotter than Heatrs. See ash pan photo. Please continue to stock and sell Green Supreme.

Burn super dirty and way more ash.
These things are dirty burning and make more ash than any brand I have used. Stove has had many times they would not ignite. Get any other brand.

              Horrible!
Bought a sealed pallet of these pellets at Home Depot in ABQ last Sept. This is the first experience with the Lignetics brand...and the last! Most of the bags had significantly more sawdust in them than any other brand we've used. Most of the bags had a small opening at the top which dribbled pellets out while bringing them from the garage into the house...urgh! One out of 4 bags had a big ball (baseball to soccer sized) of unusable pellets that had obviously gotten wet and clumped together at some point before they were palletized. Once in the hopper they burn OK (not the greatest) but all of the waste obviously makes each bag more expensive. Here's hoping Home Depot brings back the Heat'rs brand we've enjoyed in the past.

                They burn cold and dirty
These pellets burn cold and leave a brown varnish type stain. They also are high in ash content.

                  Best pellets I've ever used
Long burning, clean, these are the best pellets. Have been burning them for two years now with some pretty poor pellets in prior years.
