I have had for 1 1/2 years. It is starting to show wear on the edges from sitting on the bench to put on shoes. We only used the hooks for light items such as baseball caps. My husband started hanging his coat on the hook and it pulled the hook out. The small screws and pressed wood apparently can't take the weight.

The size was perfect for our mud room. We love the shoe cubbies. We have friends that have similar one but that one only had bin for shoes. The cubbies make for better organization of the shoe and easier to get. Now with that being said the cubbies were a little difficult to assemble into the Hall tree. But I figured it out. Also you will nee a big area to assemble in this pretty big

Beautiful & sturdy
Very beautiful drift gray color. More brown than gray. Fits all of my families shoes to hide away. Sturdy enough to sit on while putting on shoes. Great for the entry way!

Looks great and good quality
We have been using this for 6 months. Holds coats, shoes, and there is space for bins for hats and gloves. We sit on it to put on shoes. It has stood up well.
