This is our 2nd coffee pot. We have only had it one day. The 1st one failed in 3 weeks. Home Depot sent this one. We hope it will be a good unit. Time will tell. It makes a good tasting cup of coffee fast. I wish the pour spout was higher up, so settled grounds would not pour out.

Makes a great tasting cup of coffee. I got fed up with problems with my "Mr. Mistake" automatic drip coffee maker, so I decided to go more old school. The Presto brews to a higher temp and completes brewing as fast or faster as the other maker. I've been using up my basket filters with this by punching a hole in the bottom as I seat it over the tube. You don't need bells and whistles to brew a good cup of coffee.

The pot is attractive. Stainless is thin. That being said, it brews 10 cups in 12 minutes. Definitely use the wrap around filters or grounds will be in your brew. I use 7-8 tablespoons of medium roast coffee. You may have to experiment with the brands you prefer.
