These bi-fold door knobs are constructed of diecast and come in a white painted color. They feature a wide 15/16 in. outside diameter base which prevents crushing of door panel when installed on hollow core doors. Other features of this knob include a large 1-11/16 in. diameter pull for easy gripping and a 1-3/8 in. reach. These knobs are sold 1 per package with 2 fasteners, and they are used by a variety of wardrobe door manufacturers.

Do they come with screws

AnswersYes, they come with two machine screws. However, mine DID NOT thread in smoothly. I had to use a self-threading screw to attach the one I tried. I attempted to install a second pull knob but couldn't. I'll go back and buy another and hope for better luck. I have 7 to install. I will say they are nice looking. But not threaded well from the factory.
Do you attach this knob by drilling the screw through the back of the door, or through the front?

AnswersIt will not work with the screws supplied. You would have to modify the screw by removing the head of the screw.
What is the length of the screw? This will be a solid core bifold 1 3/8th inches thick.

AnswerThis knob is a cabinet door type knob... it only receives a small machine-type screw to fasten it to cabinetry. It is also sometimes used on bi-fold closet doors measuring up to 1 inch thick.

Nice addition to my bifold doors. I wasn’t a fan of the wood knobs that came with the doors so I picked these to match the other hardware in my kitchen

The shape, color and satin nickel finish were fine and attractive as expected. The dimensions are just what is needed for closet doors. Some of the pulls were threaded at an angle away from the axis but it did not effect installation. Two screws are provided of different lengths. Be aware that the smallest will not mount on material which is thinner than 5/8" and the longer screw will not work for material thinner than 1 7/16". I had to cut and file the long screws to work for my 1 3/8" thick closet doors. Otherwise, one could use washers to build up the effective thickness.

We needed to replace all of our old ivory, plasticy knobs that we had. So I was looking for the same ones to replace them with, but stumbled upon these in the process and was hesitant to purchase them. So glad I did, they look great, elegant, and dainty.
