Here is the problem: You have a door that someone inadvertently opened INTO a wall or other surf...
Here is the problem:
You have a door that someone inadvertently opened INTO a wall or other surface and the door handle left a mark or worse, a hole.
Obviously step one is to prevent that from happening again, but you are still left with a hole in the wall or whatever. You can patch the hole, which will take quite some time, between cutting, filling, patching, sanding, repatching, resanding, sneezing a few times, and probably sanding some more.

you can put this Self Adhesive Wall Protector over the hole and find another project to tackle...or have a beer...whatever.
No one will ever know there is a hole underneath it...you put it there to PREVENT an accidental hole! (I will never reveal the truth.)

This product is a must have for metal doors using hinge mounted door stops (see photo). I learned the hard way that hinge mounted door stops will dent metal doors. These easy stick on stops will keep that from happening. I have had problems with them falling off of sheetrock but they stay adhered to metal doors because the surface is flat with no texture. I have one on a door for over 3 years. I just added them to two more doors.

Anyone have kids? I have these installed anywhere and everywhere a door handle can possibly hit a wall. I've patched and spackled holes that door handles have made way too many times. And these actually look really nice. All my trim is white and it makes a nice contrast and it works. Definite Recommend
