A:  Yes, but it won’t work. If you try it, buy a tube of clear RTV. Clean a dry the contact surfaces. Fill the seal with the RTV, install it to door. Let it set unused 48 hours to cure. ( shower at a friends house. The RTV might fill the gap and adhere to glass. This might work and be less costly than a custom made seal.

A:  I dunno. 5/32 is very thin for a glass door, and this seal is pretty stiff. I'm suggesting that you look for a seal that's much more flexible than this one.
