REMOTE FAN CONTROL REQUIRED TO OPERATE CEILING FAN IN 20-FOOT CEILING, OTHER THAN OFF AND ON SWITCH
Due to builder's lack of interest and cost savings, I was required to buy a remote control for the ceiling fan in our new home's great room, which has a 20' ceiling. Home Depot came thru, much faster than the actual supplier of the fan. Works like a dream and I use it every time the builder drops by.

It worked as a direct replacement for the controller in my Canarmna ceiling fan. The only feature that is missing is the original controller allowed for dimming the light if you hold down the light button, this one does not do that. We did not use that feature in fact, I think it is better without, at least you always know the light is on the brightest setting.
