Rust
We installed this fixture in August 2021. Within a month or two the mounting screws were completely rusted and rust spots were showing up on the cross bar that holds the lights. It has now been up for 8 months and the bar is covered in rust. We have this in our bathroom over the vanity, the bathroom has a fan and a window for venting. It is ridiculous that a fixture intended for a bathroom is rusting.

Now that it’s up I love it
It looks great, I knew it would from the pictures. However I tried everything to hang this myself and In the end had to call an electrician. I admit I’m not the most handy but I’ve hung lights before. What I learned: if your junction box is not round you should probably just stop and have an electrician come. It just doesn’t fit/hook up properly to a rectangle one. Second, the universal plate it comes with will not line up in anyway that seems “logical”. You’ll have to play around to get the light hung straight. But once you figure it out it’s ok. Overall I’m very happy now that it’s up though. Gives off good light and has a farmhouse feel without being overdone.
