It's perfect no assembly and stays in the ground even when windy. It is cast as a solid piece, which is best. (Note: it works great for my bird feeder, however, for me I should of gotten the 85" so the feeder would be higher off the ground. The birds still come, but being higher may be better.) Once placed in the ground it is about 45" tall: as it said. So remember if 20" more is needed (once placed in the ground) get the 85". Great product and it came in one box not damaged.
