What are the exact width and lenght? Are they a little bit oversized so you can exactly fit them to the frame by trimming them with a flush trim router bit? If these are 1/8" over 2' and 4' they would work perfectly for my custom made boards

This is for (1) top. To build the set you would need (2) of these.

                      By|Nov 5, 2023

It is for just one board. they are really nice boards and if you build it and paint it well, it will be as good as a $250 set. I'd say the whole project, including paint cost about $100 to make. Fun Project.

I don't see the question. This board matches standard published sizes and it's beautiful wood, perfectly cut. We made a nice set with the maple.

The two boards I ordered came packaged and undamaged. They really don't need any (or much) sanding, depending on how you're finishing them. The hole is perfect, but it does need sanding (if you don't want to scrape your wrists when reaching for the bags). It really saves a lot of time.

                              Measure twice cut once
I have been ordering these for year, but the past couple of orders have been terrible. The last order was warped and had chipped edges, but the latest order is terrible. They were cut at 23 3/4” wide, not 2’x4’ as advertised and the standard ACA size. Unfortunately I didn’t realize it until they were painted and I attached the frames.

The plywood was of good quality. The cuts were clean with no chipping. The boards arrived with zero shipping damage. I used gel stain to make a pattern on the maple and it worked perfectly.

I apologize for the issue. The plywood should not have the issues you describe in the review. I would like to discuss the issue with you and see what we can do to make it right. I can be reached at alec.neugent@cfpwood.com. Thanks.
These boards are very nice, although quite expensive. They save time and effort into cutting the hole, and assures the hole will be perfectly round and even. The maple wood finishes nicely. I use vinyl and some paint, but I try to leave some plain wood because it looks so nice. Then I finish with a couple coats of clear gloss Sparethane. I have bought 8 sets of these and my friends are always happy with the end project.

Far better quality plywood than available from the local store and the corn hole cutout is well done. I have purchased these on two occasions now and was pleased both times.

This was my 1st set of cornhole boards to make. I took the easy way out and also the coat of lumber was just starting to riseso this was economical. But... The "maple" is just a veneer on top of the plywood and the corners and edges came in chipped. The surface has a very slick sheen to it so it really needs to be sanded with 1000 grit Emory cloth before painting (I found this out the hard way). It's an ok piece of material but I would never buy it again. The paint I used had the primer included but having not sanded the surface prior to painting, the paint more smeared than brushed on evenly leaving ugly brush marks that just can't be painted out.
