It went through the apron on a porcelain sink easily. Take your time, keep water in the well and it works fine.

          It worked on Snowfall granite
I stacked 2 stickers after the first immediately leaked and that worked for several minutes. Used a third with another leak. Kept taking breaks to clean out the dirty water and adding ice cold water to fill halfway (a little less as it got lower). Worked after about 10-12 minutes with a Craftsman 19.2 V on the regular drill setting. Went through an entire battery, then used the back up for another 2 minutes. Had to slightly tilt in a circle at the end because it was almost equal depth. Smooth

            Did the job
Drilled two holes through 1 1/4" quartz (Silestone) for a remote disposal switch and a RO system faucet. Hint: make sure the guide is well sealed to the countertop, use low speed and light pressure.

              Exactly what I needed!!
The right tool makes all the difference in the world. I had purchased a faucet in my vanity holes were too small for installation. I’ve done a lot of research on how I could enlarge the vanity hole to receive the Fossett post. Eventually I came across this project and it made the job a breeze. Not only is it a great tool but it’s a great value as well. So glad I found this product and highly recommend it

The drill bit does the job well! The only drawback I saw is that the base of the saw bit (the part that is held by the drill) kept peeling off, and the bit kept slipping. I had to remove the bit and keep cleaning the drill. Other than that, the drill bit did a great job in grinding itself. Pro tip is to use the blue guide cup with water only for the first few minutes. Remove it and use plumbers putty to form a wall and have running water for the rest of the drilling

It works even with the smallest drill
Was able to make a hole in my 1 1/8 inch granite counter. Took about 10 minutes. The water did leak a bit, but I just held down the blue frame while drilling and the leaking stopped.

I needed to drill a hole in my 1" granite counter top for an instant hot water faucet. After researching, I decided to go with this over a $50 - $80 bit. I was nervous, but it worked like a charm, well almost. The blue cup would not stick long enough to complete the hole. Luckily, my wife was home, so she was able to slowly pour water as I drilled. For $20, it worked better than I expected, and I would feel confident drilling a second hole, but not needed.

I really like the plastic drill guide that comes with the hole saw. The 1-3/8 inch hole saw worked well going through my 3/4" Quartz stone slab. I have used it for installing an RO system faucet, a food disposal air switch and just to allow access for power cords on my secondary island. Definitely met my expectations and would recommend it to anyone.
