I used these cork sheets to create a makeshift board to hang up art pieces. To adhere them to the wall I used something called Alien tape which seems to be holding up so far. Screws did not work well as the sheets are too fragile and ended up breaking a couple of the corners. To pin things up I am using T pins angled into the sheet as opposed to through.

I was looking to cover glare from classroom windows, which now functions as extra student work space. I love it! I use tacks-haven’t stapled anything to it. It has also helped with acoustics. A bit pricey because they come in packs of 5 & I needed 7, so I had to buy two packs.

Item was very nice and worked well for my intended purpose as a surround for a dart board and would work great for most any use. Would have been 5 stars except for packaging of item. Carton was damaged in transit but fortunately only one sheet had corner damage. Packaging with corner protectors inside carton would be a great benefit but overall item was just as expected.

Product came as advertised. We build a large cork board (7' x 4') for storyboarding & game production planning with this material, gluing it to plywood on a frame. It worked exactly as we needed it to. We're are considering making the frame double sided and will definitely use this same product for it.

            The Cheapest Solution
I purchased this 1/2 in. cork underlayment to go on the wall in my office/music studio. The other Studio quality solutions would have looked much better but ranged in price from $600-$1000 and this entire package of cork ran me $200 plus the cost of the bucket of adhesive to place the cork on the wall. I have a new house in Alabama and here they do not insulate the "Inside walls" just the outside ones. Well let's just say if somebody is snoring in the room next to my studio I can hear it 100%. I placed the cork on the wall and the door that faced the inside of the house so as not to disturb my Wife when playing music or my guitar. I also put some behind the washer/dryer room that is next to my office. All I can say is that "It Works" It doesn't black out 100% of the sound but it does more than wall insulation would ever do. Now if I had this house built I would have put the sound barrier they sell in the music stores online to block out even more sound. I still have my sound diffusers on the wall so every little bit counts.
