• 60 grit surface on one side and 80 on the other for various applications Customer Care
yes use stone lightly
No, you need a whestone with much higher grit for that
You can. I lightly wet it when using it for glass mosaic
This can smooth the edges out but if the glaze of the tile is damaged, this cannot help there
Very little progress on ceramic tiles using moderate to heavy force.
This stone works on smoothing a cut edge on ceramic tile. Useful on a snap cut that leaves a sharp edge. It can smooth small chips but takes effort.
I don't understand your question. Do you want to sand down 10 inches or a 10th of an inch? Inches aren't usually divided into decimal increments. 0.1 inches is between 1/16 and 1/8 inch (closer to 1/8). It would take quite a while to remove 1/8in, but you could do it. If you need to remove 10 inches, you should use a manual tile cutter or a wet saw.
