I used the online order and got a used one
It’s nuts every time I do curbside or store pick up they always put used tools, and Mouldings that is completely messed up. This is not the first or second time Home Depot has done this it’s very Annoying bc now I have to go back to fix it. The tile cutter legit still has remnants of someone else tiles. Like why would you restock and sell that!!

Slimline 30 Tile Cutter
I was reluctant after reading a couple reviews that said it was not good. I think it matters if you know how to use it also if you’re using quality tile I do not buy big box store tile I buy my tile at a local retailer. Better quality tile cuts easier but this tile cutter works awesome cutting 15by 30s . I have ripped several now and they’re all beautiful. Tiling 25 years now

blade crumbed
blade crumbled on my 3rd cut on porcelain tile. seemed like it could be a great time saver and work well in conjunction with my wet saw. now I'm left annoyed and needing to return to store

Broke 10 Tiles
This tile cutter broke 10 out of 12 tiles in the same spot about 2 inches from the front. Only the long cuts on 4.25 x 12.75 ceramic tile broke. I think the breaker ridge was has a high spot. See the attached picture of the typical breakage pattern. I will have to buy an additional box of tiles because I've used all my spares and pay the $50 shipping charge to boot.
I will be buying a different one and hoping to get my money back after covid vaccinations.

Broke after 10 mins
I should have done a better job reading the reviews. Not a bad cutter, but the tile “breaker” arm broke within 10 mins making the tile cutter a giant paperweight. The “breaker” arm is what applies pressure to snap the tiles after you score it. We cut a piece of 3/8” tile and it broke. This product is garbage. Do not waste your money on it. Gave it 1 star because I couldn’t give it 0 stars.
