QuietWalk PLUS's vapor barrier is specially formulated to accept glue down installations. Can this be used under a gym floor 1/4 an inch thick gym mat roll/floor? I currently have tiles with gym mat over and efflorescence formed under. I am looking to find an underlayment between my tiles and the gym mat.

Can this be used for a floating engineered wood?
Yes, that is an approved application.

All sound scores posted on the spec sheet have been obtained through 3rd party testing.
Can I put this between plywood floor and sheet laminate in the bathroom? How would I attach to the floor? Then how do I attach laminate to the underlayment?
First, we need to determine the flooring covering. If the floor covering is laminate, then you can use this product. It does not get attached to the subfloor. If you are asking about a sheet vinyl, this product is not approved for use under sheet vinyl.
Started noticing popping and crackling noises throughout the floor after using QuietWalk Plus underlayment with a stapled-down (18-20 gauge cleats 1-1/4” long) 3/8" engineered wood over OSB subfloor. The installation was done by professionals.
