10 lb. Vinyl Concrete Patch Repair

This stuff was so easy to mix and smooth out. Used a spray bottle to wet existing concrete prior to applying and mist to smooth it out. Painted patio 24 hours later. Looks amazing and holding up well.

Filled several cracks and it works great. Mix it up and it smooths out easy and dries nice.

Very good and easy to use.

Used the concrete patch to repair a broken diversion curb in a detention pond drainage way. Worked very well for this purpose, too early to tell how it will hold the curb.

Used this to repair cracks in my concrete deck prior to painting/staining it. It does a really nice job and adheres and holds to where you apply it very well. It does give a rough appearance (that is, it is not 'glass smooth'), but worked well for what I wanted it for and seems to be holding up well. The photo provided shows one of the patches after it has been painted (red boxed area). I will say that for just patching without painting you will be able to see your work, but if you are going to cover it it will be a nice answer to fixing cracks.

I’m not sure why they can’t make this stuff to match actual concrete. It’s dark as mud and doesn’t change when it dries. (And this picture is after attempting to lighten it up with some chalk dust. Find one place with dark concrete! It doesn’t exist. This stuff is a novelty not a useful mix for patching concrete.

Worked well filling v shaped crack in the driveway. Followed directions, adding 10 oz (carefully measured) to half the powder in the bucket. Heavy to mix and if I had an easy way to measure the powder I would have done a smaller amount. 10 oz of water wasn't enough to thoroughly mix and have it workable, still very gritty at that point. Just a couple more ounces added a bit at a time to get it to the right consistency. Had to be careful because it was easy to go past the ideal point. Directions say not to mix more than you can use in half an hour, I went an hour before I realized it and it was starting to get hard to work with, so half an hour is a good limit to be aware of. Only surprise was that the thicker parts turned white instead of gray, gives it a kind of marble vein look. Been a week and no sign of cracking or spalling.

I bought this with some reserve knowing that patching concrete generally comes with limited success. I followed the instructions and when I was finished I had about a 3" wide seam that ran about 15 feet across my driveway. At first some of the patch seemed to be peeling away which made me think it had failed, but I was wrong. The lower part adhered nicely and it looked good! It filled the crack in my concrete driveway and helped level the spot where the two parts met. I would use it again and recommend it. BTW I bought the 40 lb bag and have about half of it left.
