Overpriced junk. Mold defects, bad service.
While hunting for a 9ft pole for a friend, I recommended this based on the expectation that it would be high quality for the price. The brackets seemed pretty solid. I decided to go with their railing as well.
They all have defects and casting issues. The $100 poles looked 10x as good.
On top of that their railings are GARBAGE, came without balusters drilled, and don’t allow for the correct spacing.
When contacted about warranty, many of my issues were ignored. Horrible customer service.

The reason I only gave 3stars was because the mounts for the posts are not included and are sold separate so cost is deceiving because you are not going to only need 1post in a normal application

The post was very high load beating (2500lbs I think) I didn't need such a high load bearing post and wish there was something a little less pricey that was offered. With that said good quality it did the trick.
