Can this product be used to test the temperature of boiling liquid
Hello Nicole, an IR Gun would not be the best solution to confirm the temperature of a boiling liquid. The liquid's emissivity and constant motion of the boiling point would not result in accurate readings. Our recommendation for this application is a Thermometer with a contact probe. Kind regards.
