About This Product
RELN Drainage Sealant is 100% silicone and designed to be used with Channel Drains, Catch Basins and Sewer and Drainpipe to prevent leaks by creating watertight connections at each drainage assembly point. It is also designed to work on a variety of other exterior weather proofing applications and has a superior adhesion to most construction materials. For greater lamination to various plastics, we recommend to lightly sand areas where RELN Sealant will be applied. Once cured, it is a flexible form with a 50-year durability.

Hi JLND, Yes, this sealant can be used with a polypropylene channel drain. We recommend, prior to applying the sealant, lightly scuff up the plastic with sandpaper. After applying this to the bottom of my kitchen sink drain to form a bond where it connects to the sink, how long will I need to wait to use my sink?
