Heavy but useable for moderate brush clearing
Some assembly required. The company responds promptly to questions though. Installed with forester chainsaw blade. Purchased to clear some fence line. Cuts through green briars without even feeling them. Cuts through small bushes without slowing. I cut up to 4 inch trees in seconds. I am a medium size guy and had no difficulty carrying or operating. Strap is cheap with no padding. Would highly recommend for nonprofessional as this is new purchases and I am unsure about durability.

Great combo weed wacker and brush cutter
The RIDGELINE 2-in-1 Combo 42.66 cc Trimmer/Brush Cutter Is a well made and feature packed unit. The cutter came with clear instructions and was easy to to assemble. I am impressed with all the safety items and guidance that is part of the instruction manual. It starts easily with the clear instructions that are on the shaft of the trimmer. The included cutter blade is well made and easy to sharpen.

Would only run for 10 or 15 minutes and would shut off. Used recommend oil to gas mix. Tried to restart after it shut off and flames came out the back. Let it rest for a half hour and tried it again, same thing ran for 10 minutes and shut off.

A Real Bargain
Have only had it about 2 weeks, but I'm impressed so far. Did require some assembly when it arrived, which was relatively easy. Plenty of power, starts very easily, and you aren't going to find a better one anywhere near this price point that has this much mojo.
Only a few hours of use so far, so can't speak on longevity of this cutter, but I'll update should it fail to meet a reasonable life expectancy. Ordered a separate padded shoulder strap though, as the one it comes with has no cushion.
