It’s rare but annoying when the nozzle comes adrift during vacuuming and doubly so if the nozzle is deep under a car seat at the time so this range of locking accessories for Ridgid’s popular 2 ½ inch wet and dry shop vac’s is very useful to have. The locking mechanism itself is simple but strong and effective.
Made of high quality plastic the accessory attachments fit the existing range of Ridgid shop vac’s without the need for any modification of the original vacuum tubes and extensions. In fact, there is no reason why these locking accessories will not fit any brand of 2 ½ inch vacuums.

I love Ridgid products, particularly their Wet Dry Vac. This Car Nozzle is fantastic for getting into places in my vehicle that are particularly hard to reach, i.e. under the seats, floorboards, center console, even the floor mats. The locking feature is also fantastic. While I primarily use this attachment in maintaining my vehicle, it also has many great uses in other areas, i.e. cleaning bed platform, in-between seat cushions, window sills, just so many uses. I highly recommend this attachment for your Ridgid Wet Dry Vac. The results are fantastic.

Easy to Use and Powerful as a Blower and Shop Vac
In the summertime i use the blower motor to clean the grass clippings off my sidewalk and driveway. And all year long the shop vac works great for cleaning up all my sawdust and larger wood scraps that end up on the floor in my workshop. The pleated filter works great at reducing the amount of airborne dust recirculated back into my shop too.

Fantastic General Purpose Vac
Have had this for a few years. Have used it as a dust collector as an amateur woodworker, for emptying my pellet grill, cleaning my cars, and even to help extract water after my home flooded.
