A:  Most heater requires 1,500 watts of electricity. This cord set can supply up to 1,875 watts, therefore; this should be good for this kind of heater.

      A:  As far as I know a 12 gauge cord can handle 20 amps at 120 volts. So as long as your freezer doesn?t draw more than 20 Amps this is a safe cord. Note: I am not an electrician.
