A: True, but I bought a pair of these a while ago and really love them. The height adjustment works excellently and they are really sturdy. You can replace the 2x4 on the top when you have cut into it enough time to warrant replacement. I’m not a pro but I’ve been remodeling our house for the last 2 years or so. The things haven’t disappointed me yet.

A: 1) I've got probably a dozen of various brands. Not sure any of them came as a packaged set of two. 2) Most every product that comes packaged as two someone wants to buy just one and thinks it's a money racket that you have to buy two in order to get just one. 3) these do come in sets of two. As predicted, two costs twice as much and weigh twice as much. In order to buy this set of two just pick up two of them and put them in your cart.

A: The silver shafts that you see are aluminum. The feet and clasps are polypropylene (plastic) and the actual horse is 2x4.

A: The legs are made of high impact, extremely durable plastic. Hands down this is the most durable set I have owned. It is a bit heavy but manageable. I’ve put these through major use with no issues. I purchased the Dewalt brand years back which I still have however, the Ridgid set is more solid. Ridgid offers professional quality at a consumer price. No regrets here.

Looked at all the offerings and read all the reviews and bought two of these fifty buck Ridgid horses. They are easy to handle but not feather weight. They are narrow but easily adaptable to a wider stance. A sensible blend of wood, metal and plastic, some careful thought went into this design. These should give good service with some care and common sense. Made in Isreal .

Ive used many sawhorses in my life, both homemade and storebought. These are the best ive used. Sturdy, lightweight, easy to take down amd set up. Theyre the perfect height. Im glad i finally bought them. If you need collapsible sawhorses, i highly recommend these.

Sorry i didnt buy these 20 years sgo

Years ago i bought a pair of saw horse brackets and made my own. Theyre heavy, shaky and take up a lot of space. I finally decided i was tired of hating them. I bought tiis set because the were reasonably priced and in stock. I also liked that the too piece is a 2x4 so it cam be replaced. When i go them home, i found that the height is adjustable and this has become one of my gavotie features: collapse for storage, abother height to match my table saw, a third so i dont have to bend over so much. They are also light weight, sturdy, yet easy to collapse. Theyre free standing when folded. A really well thought out piece of equipment
