Will this work on toilet
Hi Debbie, Thank you for your question. Toilet clogs are best addressed using a toilet auger like the Ridgid K6-P. The Power Spin+ is designed for sink and tub drains.
Will it remove hair out which is clogging the bathroom sink?
Hi CarolM, Yes, the Power Spin+ is designed for this application. The bulb auger at the end of the cable collects hair along with the clog and pulls it back out of the drain line.
can this be used on a toilet?
Hi Dallas, the PowerSpin+ should not be used in a toilet. Only toilet augers such as the K3 and/or K6P are designed to clear toilet stoppages without damaging the bowl.

What is the warranty on the power spin drain snake The fixed drive wheel broke off making it not feed the snake
I believe I recall full lifetime warranty. I registered mine on the Ridgid.com site. Go to that site, not the orange power tools one, but the red and black plumbing one, to complete this registration first and file a claim

If you are trying to register it, good luck. There are no model or serial numbers on this product. To make a very long story (that I went through) short, call them.
I have one of these and something happened to it once before and the unit was replaced. Now the crank broke on it but I can't seem to find the correct area I need to go to to get the crank replaced. Thank You Terry Bruss

Where can I get replacement parts? The auto feed bearing holder broke.
It is a RIDGID so I would start w taking it back to Home Depot and see if they can’t replace it for you if still under warranty, RIDGID has one of the best warranties available and in collaboration w the Home Depot as its main seller you really can’t go wrong. Also you should be able to find a service number on your instruction booklet if not try to call the online RIDGID number, which I’m sure you can get it at Home Depot customer service. . .
I sent mine in and Ridgid sent me a brand new unit. It only took about 4-5 days from shipping to getting a replacement

Thank you for your response. Sorry you were unable to access the drainpipe and use the Power Spin+ effectively. For many drains, the cable can be threaded through the cross hairs in the drain. The drum shaft does need to be firmly chucked to a drill to prevent slipping. I will forward the hex shape suggestion to our product managers.
