Q:My adapter does not lock in on top of the crate. The latches from the crate won't reach far enough to lock on the adapter. The adapter fits on all my other boxes, and the crate fits all the other boxes. Is this an issue with just my adapter?

Q:HD0320 model is not compatible? It looks just like the HD0318. I have 2 of the HD0320.

Luggage holder plus vacuum holder
I got this to do a couple of things. I have the rigid tool kit. I feel this is a top choice for tool boxes. I love the modular of the system. The major companies all offer something. What I like is Rigid has a great selection along with some items that can have multiple uses. I found the platform help me with strapping a tool bag to it. This was in addition to putting a vacuum on it. I recommend you get this and the boxes. They are awesome - I have switched to this set up for cost and durability. These are super durable.

If you have the new rigid vacuum, and you have a pro gear toolbox set up, then this is a must have, I love having the extra holders for longer adapters, and it clicks in with ease of use, this is a must have!!

The vacuum mount attachment was purchased for two reasons: 1)To protect the underside of the NXT wet/dry shop vacuum; and 2) combined with the Pro Gear System all vacuum accessories along with the vacuum itself are stored in the same place. This attachment accomplishes both effectively.

It’s an awesome product and works well. My only gripe is that it does not go on top of the pro gear crate. The way they sit together, the latches don’t reach. This is disappointing as that seemed like a natural orientation of the stack, the vac acting as a “lid” for the crate. It does fit well on the other tool boxes that I have (some original style, some 2.0).
