Make sure you clean "pressure wash" the project really well so the product can penetrate the pores. Youtube has some really helpful videos on projects that came out great. Also I'm sure the label gives directions also.

It depends on the wood and if it's natural or sealed. Classico Limewash is formulated for unsealed and nonpainted brick, stone, or masonry. Some artists use it on unsealed, natural wood.
