I have installed this in a kitchen before. Make sure you have a good surface to adhere to and use the proper cove base adhesive.

I have only found this product in the 120 foot rolls. However I keep all of my leftover in case of a damaged corner section or a repair need somewhere else.
I would not rely on this product to waterproof your garage drywall. It is simply made as a decorative transition from the flooring to the wall.
