Poor Quality Control
Out of the box the throat plate is misaligned such that cannot use the saw. Didn’t even unwrap the power cord. The entire saw is skewed in relationship to the base.
Box was in good shape and the saw looked factory prestine so damaged is ruled out.
Concerned about longevity based on initial quality. Returned and purchased a different brand.

Yes it will fit a dewalt 12 inch miter saw and it really is a great miter saw stand

Very nice setup
Very nice setup. However there is one small thing, the LED light for cut line is not working right. Having said that, I really like the saw. My brother has one just like it. I am a big fan of Home Depot.

I love this RYOBI Universal Miter Saw QUICKSTAND. It's so handy. It sets up and takes down very easy once you get it put together. The RYOBI Universal Miter Saw QUICKSTAND folds up small enough to stash in the corner of the garage. It works with any Ryobi Miter Saw and I'm guessing it would probably work just fine with other brands as well. I would recommend this for all DIYers and Pro's.

Been using for years, still works great
I have been using this saw for at least 8 years and it's performed admirably. When you pair the right blade it cuts very well, the angles stops hold well. My only real complaint is the laser is not even remotely close to where the blade cuts, maybe 1/2" off, so it is kind of worthless. I just bring the blade down to my cut line to ensure I am cutting where I want to.

I am in the middle of doing a lot of home renovations and was stoked to find this bad boy on a great 4th of July sale. I anxiously awaited its arrival, feeling like at kid on Christmas eve. When that fateful knock came at the front door, signifying that my Precious was finally within my grasp, I was elated and tore into the boxes like a starving honey badger. The collapsible stand is much sturdier than I had imagined and was simple to assemble. I don't know if I would have bought the stand if it wasn't bundled in the great deal that I found, but now that I have used it I can't imagine not having one! The side braces both slide out much further than I had imagined which is a MUST for cutting long wood without making someone stand on either side to hold the ends. The sliding compound miter saw was also fairly simple to put together and every moment spent doing so was as enjoyable as eating icecream is to a fat kid. The real fun came when I got to use this beast to repair the railings around my deck. It was so fun, in fact, that I decided to replace more than twice of what I had originally intended....I couldn't stop cutting! This is my first sliding Miter saw and I was thrilled with how easy it was to cut wide wood without having to bend it up as with a standard miter saw. Don't forget that the saw articulates in an side leaning arc as well to make all of your angled cuts as simple as Forest Gump. With that said, don't walk to Home Depot to buy this combo...Run Forest, Run!
