Q:The trigger suddenly won't release, water is leaking from several places in the trigger housing. How do I get a replacement? Also the turbo nozzle doesn't spin anymore. I think the ball inside is stuck.

Won’t last!!
I purchased this in late summer 2020. I used it then and again in 2021 and 2022. I went to use it again this year and the handle was leaking, so we found a replacement and replaced it. Went to turn it on and the machine jammed? Some how and locked up the handle causing the hose to burst open in my face due to the pressure. So we bought a new hose. Connected the new hose and it is still jamming up and not working at all. Can on here to find a manual to trouble shoot and see the product has been discontinued and there are many many more reviews just like mine. Wonder if they discontinued it because of a known issue?
Very disappointed and will be contacting customer service .

Started out great and then went to not great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had received this a gift a year or 2 ago and really only used it for small, quick projects. Today I put it to the real test and pressure washed my house. It lasted 3/4 of the way through then the washer itself would act funny stall out and then continue again. I checked all the lines and everything seemed to be ok. Shortly after that, the gun wouldn't stop spraying at full pressure, made the job dangerous to keep using it. Finally the last straw was when the gun started leaking so bad from the handle, I could no longer finish the job. Highly disappointed.

Just died
This seemed like a good washer then all of a sudden it just stopped I plugged it into another outlet to see if that was the problem and it still wouldn’t turn on.

Worked fine until it started leaking
The pressure gun started leaking at the inlet after the fifth or sixth time of use. Then shortly afterwards the one stopped working at all and the only way to stop the pressure is to cut power to the motor. We bought it to power wash our motorhome and it has been a pretty big disappointment. You pretty much take a shower from the wind while you are washing. Our garage is filled with Ryobi tools so this has been quite the letdown to say the least.

Ryobi 2000 pressure washer
I had a 20 ft pressure washer telescopic wand for my 24 ft tall barn. It worked perfectly and cleaned 30 years of outdoor weathering. Very good product .

This product does not last
I bought this product about a year and a half ago. I don’t use it very often but after the third time I used it it started choking like some of the other reviewer‘s state. The pressure started going in and out. The last time I tried to use it the machine just wouldn’t work. Based on how little I used it I would have expected this product to last much longer. I am now trying to find out how to return the product based on the three-year warranty but I have not been able to find out how yet.

Had this about 2 months now, installation was easy, first couple time the devise works great then slowly I noticing during the spray my water pressure kind have hiccup, it choked and back on, so I though it was just that time. but after 5 usage it getting worse, the water will lose pressure and the pump is still on for nonstop, I have to restart machine then it works for 5 minutes then it happens again.
Not bother, I’ll return back to HD.
