No frame? What a joke. Would not recommend product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just received the replacement bag.... only the bag. My original mower was stolen from our yard and we ordered the replacement bag and it is literally just a bag, no frame included. That's a major disclosure that we should've been made aware of prior to purchasing. The bag is useless, the entire unit is useless as we cannot find a frame ANYWHERE. I'm a single mom, teaching my son how to run his first small lawn business and we are so disappointed.

The bag is awful
The bag has caused some unnecessary frustration. Within a couple of mow sessions, the bag has already created a hole large enough for grass clippings to fall through . It doesn’t have a metal frame so it’s bends it odd positions which allows the bat to go under neat the mower and get cut. Very disappointed with the bag. The mower is great but there’s no excuse for how cheap this product is

BAGGER IS USELESS!
Used new mower for one month, pulled mower backwards, bagger fell off and mower blade grabbed it & shredded it. Bagger was not easy to put back onto after emptying & was very cheaply made. They are out of stock everywhere & you have to buy the frame separate. WASTE OF MONEY!

It fits but is paper thin
The grass catcher fit fine but is made of paper thin material that rips with a couple uses. I would have thought a grass catcher was a 5-10 year purchase, not a 30 minute purchase. I contacted the manufacturer directly and received no response. Would not recommed the product at all.

It’s working fine so far. A little difficult to install it around the frame but now it doesn’t drag on the ground. Just wish HD carried it in stores too.
