Q:I am considering buying a Ryobi 40-Volt dual port rapid charger but the information I get from the pictured item does not seem to show that it is electrically connected. Is this item cordless? If so, do you have one that should be connected to an outlet?

    Q:How many Amps does each port put out? The standard charger has 1.5A output but I don't think that 2.0 Amps is really a rapid charger.

          A:  The 3-port quick charger takes much longer because it charges each battery sequentially, similar to the 6-port 18V charger. The dual-port, if the same as comes with the snowblow charges both at the same time.

          The battery only had a full charge the first time I used it. Every time after that, about 5 minutes less time on a full charge to the point it was useless. Note: the battery that came with the mower is going strong but I need 2 batteries to mow my yard.
