Work as Planned
These pads fit the battery powered Ryobi polisher perfectly.
They are durable and easily washed so you can use them over and over.
I have mine marked for different polishing products as they are used on different vehicles.
They were shipped in a three pack bag with virtually no marking and no instructions but that is not really needed.
The velcro type attachment to the buffer works perfectly and is strong so there slipping off while working.
Overall good quality and I highly recommend

Tool may be great, but Cutting Pad that came with it sucks.
Unfortunately I was unable to fully evaluate this tool because Cutting Pad disintegrated and didn’t even last for 1/3 of the car.
I made sure to follow up all instruction to the letter so this shouldn’t happen.
Before writing his review I tried to reached out to Ryobi via their Reviews@RYOBItools.com to see if anyone else reported similar issues or if they know of any issues with these pads. On top of that, I was unable to find any instructions how to properly maintain their pads, but I never got response from them.
I bought one more 3-Piece set of Cutting Pads to try and we shall see if they really suck or if this one was one off, but what I can say is that I am pretty disappointed with Ryobi’s lack of support and because I recently bought lot of their tools, I am hoping I didn’t make huge mistake if they will not respond like this for any other issue or concern.

Excellent Tool for Buffing Our Cars and Boat

The polisher is good but the pads are not
The polisher works well, although right on wrists and arms due to heavy vibration. However, the supplied pads are really bad because the backing comes off very easily.

Great Machine
This polisher did an amazing Job on my car. All scratches and swirls removed. Just make sure you get the scratch remover product..

Ryobi 18v buffer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I own the 10”, 6” buffers and done good for polishing my SUV, But needing something a little faster and stronger to help compound out my SUV SCRATCHES AND DEAD PAINT from my SUV. Love the variable speed so I can control how fast I need to buff my car and to help take off the oxidation from my paint. And with the different pads from correction to polishing I only need this one tool for all my detailing needs. If you’re a hobbyist detailer or making a living at it I 100% recommend this 18v Polisher.

Works Great!

Nice buffer, great price
Nice buffer, great price - bought on special deal with pads. Using to buff older single stage paint on a collector car, getting good results with multiple paases with cutting and correcting pads before polishing. Fairly light weight, ample power with good battery life. The foam pads seem to work well although the cutting pad could be more aggressive.

Ryobi Finish Pad
These pads work very well for polishing, great on metal, wood, glass anything that needs a gleem. I have all 3 pads and use them frequently. They realy bring out the shine in things. The last project was cleaning my fogged up headlights on the car. They worked great and brought the headlights back to like new. They work great when painting or varnishing too. Great aaproduct.
