Rusted after two uses
After using the Ryobi One Sprayer twice the spray tube and fittings are rusted. I've kept the sprayer indoors so there is no reason this should happen. The Ryobi customer support, and website, is useless. Try making a complaint to a chat box. I can only hope Home Depot will take it back.

Broken latch
In less that four months, with only minimal use, the latch that attaches the pump to the tank broke. We actually purchased a protection agreement, but we’re unable to file a claim on their complicated online system. Sent texts, tried to chat and spent 45 minutes on hold only to be told we had to drive for an hour to get it fixed.
Trying local Home Depot next. I give up on Ryobi.

Ryobi's Biggest Let Down
This sprayer does not work at all! I love ryobi products and this has been the biggest let down ever. The pump never stops running (not sure if that's right or wrong) and nothing comes out of the sprayer hose no matter the setting. Called support and I got a suggestion to just let it prime the pump by running. For 30 minutes of non stop running, no result! Just a few drips out of the hose end. Ryobi, PLEASE make this right! I want to love this product that I bought but it's just not working.

Worked great until unexpectedly broke
Used it a handful of times and always cleaned out after each use. I just took it out of the shed to apply some herbicide and noticed the measuring cup has broke in half, on its own while it was stored in my shed. I didn’t drop or over tighten, I’m not happy about this. Hoping RYOBI will send me a replacement part asap so i don’t fall behind on my lawn care. I will adjust this review if i hear back from ryobi

DANGEROUS TO USE
DANGEROUS, Do NOT use.
I own many Ryobi products and am very happy with them, but this sprayer is honestly dangerous to use. The pump itself leaks horribly causing most of the chemicals to flow down your back and soak your clothing and skin . This is a huge problem when dealing with insecticides and weed killers. Not only does it cause damage to you it also will affect whatever it is pouring onto . I challenge Ryobi to respond to this review and tell me why this sprayer was designed so badly

great product out of the box BUT... after storing in the garage for 7 months, the tank cap has cracked and is completely unuseable. NOT HAPPY
It has been stored in it's original box and kept on a shelf in the garage. Pulled it out today and was shocked to see that the cap was cracked and split in multiple locations. it will go in the trash and I suppose I will have to figure something out.

The sprayer is good and battery lasts very long time, but the plastic are really poor quality. The cover/measuring cup started cracking after a week and the plastic that you hook the clip to secure the sprayer also cracked. I contacted reviews@ryobitools.com per the other review here last July 8 and sent them the pictures but i havent heard back from them.
