Light and easy to use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just received the ryobi spot cleaner. I have an old dog with incontinence and needed something light and easy to use instead of a large shampooer. I used this on my couch and it took awhile because it is just a spot cleaner but it did the job. It got rid of the stains and made the couch look new again and I didn't have to fight cords while doing it.

First Ryobi Tool Disappointment
I love Ryobi tools and carpet cleaners. So, I was excited when they came out with this. Sadly, it’s going right back to the store. I tried multiple fully charged batteries and the suction was awful. I went through the entire bottle of solution and only about 10% of it went back into the waste tank. It left my carpet stair soaked and my fabric chair soaked. I have a full size carpet cleaner so I expect some dampness, but not that. So bummed.

no suction, lack of power on the brushes. pretty well useless
I'm using a 9ah one battery with the included icy solution. when you place the unit on the ground the brush runs but if you place any pressure down on it, it stops the brushes. I'm using this spot cleaner on my stairs, and I have three dogs. this will not even pick up dog hair. it's picking up a little bit of debris, but nothing of substance. I will be returning this and getting a steam cleaner.

Amazing results!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this online on Sunday and received it Tuesday! I brought it to work to try it out on a super stained chair before I tried it on my car seats……..it was so easy to use! The results were great for just going over it with one pass. What I really enjoyed about the machine was the ease of cleaning it after! So easy! Great product will definitely be using it a lot! The only downside is the oxy cleaner it came with doesn’t have very much in it, but not a dealbreaker!

Great Versatility in One Plus Products
This tool is just one of the 225 One + products available. When you buy the 18 volt charger and battery once, you can keep adding more of the products to your collection without needing to buy more charging equipment or batteries. The One Spot cleaner comes with a six ounce bottle of cleaning solution. No mixing is required, just pour it into the tank and secure the tank to the tool. You plug the charged battery into the tool and it’s ready to go. To clean a soiled area you just spray the OXY cleaning solution, turn on the brush roll and activate the suction with the power button while pulling it toward you to lift the stain.

Works better than I expected
It works better than I thought it would. It would be good for small spills and messes. No going to cleaning anything more than a few square feett of area. I used it on a ottoman but I would guess on a plush rug it would work too, just not cover as much area. I feel it could use more airflow to pull more of the cleaning solution and what every you are trying to clean up. The 6 ounce bottle of cleaning solution does not go far. I got one use out of it, you might me able to get two or three with spot cleaning. It's convienent to use for really small jobs. It will be interseting to see how it works something realy dirty or on a small food spill. I would guess it would work well for cleaning up a spilled glass. Cleaning it is pretty easy, might take as long as the actual use before the cleaning soluton runs out.

Decent suction; ok cleaning fluid
The effectiveness of any fabric/spot cleaner will depend on what type of cleaning fluid you are using. The included Ryobi Oxy fluid does clean out of some dirt and stains but isn't some spectacular new find that instantly cleans them completely. But, you're not deciding on whether to buy a cleaning unit based on the included brand cleaner.
The main benefit of this product is that it is cordless and relatively light weight. It is not a vacuum per say in that the brush unit is just to agitate the fabric while the suction is limited to the thin, clear compartment on the front nozzle to remove fluid. In my use, much more of the fluid has gone into the fabric than it sucks back out. I don't know if that's due to the nature of the fabrics I tested or not enough strength by the unit. This box includes the "bare" tool so you'll have to buy a separate 18V Ryobi battery and charger if you don't already have them.

Convenient tool
The Ryobi One Swiftclean Spot Cleaner is a convenient cordless tool that is useful for places that are not accessible by electrical outlet.
