Bad design plastic at water connector
I bought this online had to wait a week to come in brought it home set it up, turned in water and plastic connector broke right off. Completely disappointed as I checked the reviews and all said it was good.

    Limited utility, cheap construction
First glance out of the box was favorable - provision for water feed from both hose and bottle. But first use with hose connected led to breakage of the plastic quick connect due to the weight of the hose when sweeping back and forth. Using plastic for this key part was a poor design choice. "Turbo" mode seemed to be a misnomer. There was nothing turbo about the flow. The 15 degree setting was fine, though, for the most part. I would have loved to have this tool in my arsenal, but it's now just a paperweight. I bought it as a Xmas gift to myself so it's way out of the 90 day warranty period although it's the first chance I've had to try it out (June) so it's money down the drain for me.

So disappointed! Nozzle Head Broke 1st use
I got this tool for Mother's Day and I was so excited, but just as quickly disappointed. The plastic nozzle head that connects to the water hose broke after the first minutes of use. I'm so disappointed! I would also add that it does not have the strength to pressure wash a stone or brick walkway. I would use it for other things, but it would be perfect if it had more power, and if the nozzle head plastic was not so weak. Ryobi should make a metal nozzle head.

        Nice sprayer with some faults
Nice sprayer with some faults. This sprayer appears to do a good job of acting as a high pressure sprayer. It is not as high a pressure as an electric corded or gas-powered sprayer, but is adequate for light duty spraying. The only fault so far is the plastic coupler used to couple a garden hose directly to the sprayer. The coupler broke after only giving the hose a tug and the coupling broke where the coupler attaches to the base of the unit. Where it broke is the female fitting that protrudes from the spraying unit. I will have to order a replacement fitting or contact customer service.

        Small and quick jobs
Do yourself a favor and replace the quick connect with a metal quick connect. You will break the plastic one on. This a weak spot in their design. Once you replace the quick connect wrap the hose to prevent stressing the connection. See image..

          Wasp killer
I definitely dont use it for what it was intended for. As a pressure of any kind this thing sucks. But as a wasp killing machine it is amazing. Has more than enough range to spray them with dawn and water. Buying another.

Could be the right product for your needs
The power is somewhere between an electric power washer and the jet settling on a garden hose. It’s GREAT for travel use (camping… I assume boating, etc) and close range jobs like washing the car.. trailer or anything that you don’t feel requires the effort of dragging out and hooking up the big power washer for, but needs more pressure than a garden hose. A distance spray is not what this is good for. Also, the quick connect fitting broke on the third garden hose use. BUT, it’s a common size of fittings available in garden centres so I replaced it with a brass one… all good.

Decent Product, Though it did Break
I had a very similar issue to many who wrote on here- the connector piece snapped on the third use with very little reason for it to have done so. I emailed the Ryobi customer service and was surprised at how quickly I heard back. That was a little less than a week ago and the replacement part is scheduled to arrive to my house tomorrow. I bought this to clean a vinyl playground set, as well as my vinyl siding for the house and for $79 (I already had a few of the 18v batteries when I purchased it) it did what I would have hoped it would do while it was working. I am hoping that the replacement connector will not break like the original one, but I was happy with the response from Ryobi thus far after reading a number of people couldn't get parts earlier in the year, so I hope it will work out for me since I've caught the power washing bug!

                I tried it. I took i back
I think your experience with this tool will be based on your expectations. I wanted to use it to clean my pool deck. Often there are bird "gifts" and dropped flower blooms that have securely "gooed" themselves to the deck. The hose (with nozzle) doesn't always do the job. This tool (on turbo) would lift those spots with ease, however, the water volume is so low that you must work very s l o w l y to move debris off the deck. What the hose could do in 10 seconds (moving leaves, etc. off the deck) would take 1minute with the Ryobi (in "Rinse" mode which has the most water volume). If you have a small patio or lanai that you want to keep clean, you might be happy (but I'd first try an electric power washer), but this tool is too wimpy for my needs. I also can't see dragging it out to clean the car. It's just another thing to put back up and the hose (with a really good nozzle) will get the job done nearly as well. In short, it's main advantage is that it has more cleaning power than a hose when in "Turbo" mode, but it's best to think of using that mode for spot cleaning and not cleaning a large area. It's main drawback is that moving dirt and debris from here-to-there is a snail-long experience. If you do find that you like it, you'll be happy to know that it runs a looong time on one battery. Also, if you purchase one, you might try what I did to ensure that you don't break off the hose connector which many have complained about. Have a look at my pics. Happy cleaning... whatever you use ;-)

Good for quick wash. Some upgraded from original design
Great price especially if you already have ONE+ battery and charger. I already have 120V power washer but it takes quite a time to setting up and packing up. This washer is just easy and quick to use. Recommend to watch review videos on YouTube before making decision. There are a lot of negative reviews but it seems that the water supply quick connect issue has been improved.
