Rotary Tool 3-Piece Assorted Sharpening Kit

These stones worked really well and make easy work of sharpening my chain. Three sizes in one package made it a quick and easy decision to purchase this set, as I can sharpen both sets of chains. After 1 use, the stone still looks like new, so I don't anticipate having to buy another set for quite a while. Highly Recommend!

This is a 3 pack of chain saw sharpening stones in various sizes. My saw is an 8 in. tree saw, so it did better with the middle sized stone. The stones are compatible with my dremel, and worked just fine. My only concern is that after sharpening my small chain (only about 12 teeth), the stone was noticeably smaller. Granted it was a fairly dull chain, so I probably ground more than if I had sharpened sooner. I don't have any other stones to compare, so I'm not sure if that is usual. I'll be able to get at least one more sharpening from that stone and I can also use the smaller, so I am satisfied with the way this stone performs. Made in China :-(

The Ryobi 3-piece sharpening kit comes with a 5/32", 3/16" and 7/32" sharpening stones and has 1/8" shanks that fits the standard rotary tools. I used the 5/32" to sharpen diagonal cutting pliers, the 3/16" to sharpen tin snips and the 7/32" to sharpen sheet metal shears. The small diameter stones are useful for sharpening many other items like a chain saw blade.

Use this on sterling silver ring bands, works great thank you
