This helmet is DOT approved. It does not have a Snell rating.

How measure for proper helmet sizing?
Measure around the widest part of the head. Use that measurement with the manufacturer's size chart to determine the size that will work for that measurement. The helmet should be a little tight as it's put on. To check fitment, slide a finger between your forehead and the interior of the helmet. If your finger slides between the helmet and your head easily, a smaller size helmet should be considered. The top of the helmet's eye port should sit just above your eyebrows.
