Is the height of the riser 12"+ the stake, or is overall height (riser + stake) 12"?
Riser is 12" and stake is another 7" , so 19" overall.
Can you cut these to make them shorter or are they threaded in the inside at the top?
You can cut them to whatever length you need. The sprays you use with these are threaded, but they screw into the smooth inside of the riser stake.
You can cut the from the top. The nozzles I bought screw into the top part of the tube. Thought I'd have to cut all of mine, but I did not have to.
