Hello thank you for submitting your questions and confirming product details. The item you are inquiring about actually ships in a large palletized nylon bag weighing 2200 lbs. Also referred to as a Super Sack. If you purchase these in 30lb bags, Yes its the same Pebble just a smaller amount.
How many pounds of river rock , 1-3” rock, Is in a pallet ?

These stones are not polished. The stones are natural so there will be some slight variance in size, shape, and color.

I am looking for 5-8in rocks. Lot of people are disappointed by the small size they received. If I order it to be delivered to home, can I reject it if the sizes are not mostly 5-8in?

No, they are all natural, the color changes due to moisture absorption, the original color will reappear when the stone dries out. Mike
