    A:  I don’t think so as it’s rating is at +32 degrees but you can use it during spring and summer in cold weather states.

        I used this and it coagulated in my reservoir clogging the filter. I was an expensive mistake because getting the reservoir out a BMW 3 series (to flush it out) is no small task. There are no warnings but I called their customer service (1-00-648-5393) and they said "Do Not Dilute" means that it is incompatible with other washer fluids, that the silicone and other additives will separate out. It forms a slime that resembles the egg whites after a poached egg, or string cheese. So that means that you have to drain all other fluid out, use the Rain-X Bug Remover exclusively, and do not let Jiffy Lube or the dealer top off your fluid to be assured it will not form silky sludge in your system. There should be a warning to this effect on the labeling.
