Hello Brent, thank you for your recent inquiry with The Home Depot. We recommend contacting the manufacturer Ramset. We appreciate your business and look forward to serving you in the future.
A full kit...if that's what you order...case ...safety glasses...some loads...booklet
I always use the red loads (highest power). There is a slide power adjust feature on the gun to reduce the power if needed. I think attaching to the block is better than the grout joint. You'll have more options for your layout and the grout joint may crack and weaken the wall, The pin should go through the block like butter. With that said a lower power load may work just fine, Your grout will be at 80% strength in a week. I suggest you practice on some scrap 2x4 and block to determine the best load and pin combination.
Only .27 caliber.
Yes, it is made in America.
Concrete is very hard. You can hand drive a hardened hand nail into cinder block so,l the gun will easily do the job. I use it a lot for steel. But pins designed for steel - not concrete are required. HD doesn't stock much in the way of steel pins, you'll need to buy them online.
Yes it does
