Not as Pictured
What I received is not what is shown. There is no slot at the top to install on a rail. There are no holes at the hinge for locking in place with bolts. Even if this is what you want you can get the same thing for half the price. Save your money.

Ramsond L brackets
Heavy duty brackets but the bolts are to small that hold them together. I had to replace them. And then make braces to hold them up level. Don't waste your time make your own.
