Rapid Set Concrete Leveler Primer (CLP) improves the adhesion of Concrete Leveler to properly prepared concrete. CLP also seals porous concrete surfaces to prevent pinholes and bubbles from forming in the finished surface. One gallon covers about 200 sq. ft.-400 sq. ft.

Do i have to delude it
For excessively porous or absorbent concrete surfaces, multiple coats may be necessary. Prime the surface with an initial application of diluted primer at a ratio of 1 part water to 1 part primer. Allow to dry and become tack free. Then, apply a second coat of undiluted primer. Repeat as necessary until the final coat of primer stays wet for at least 20 minutes. Lower temperatures and/or higher humidity will extend drying time.
How much primer do I need to treat 50 square feet?
This would depend on how porous your substrate is. One quart covers about 50 ft2 to 100 ft2 and one gallon covers about 200 ft2 to 400 ft2.
Can l use a paint brush to apply this?
Yes a paint brush should work fine

No, this is aplied prior to installing the concrete leveler. Please follow the instructions on the botte for application.
Will this work on sanded terrazzo?
Our concrete leveler cannot be used over sand stone. So there is no need for the primer if that is your question.
No seal on 1 gallon bottle. Most concrete primers (if not all others) have a seal under the cap. This is much thinner than expected and wanted to assure I did not just purchase a returned bottle that was watered down. Please let me know.
Yes our primes should have a sealant under the cap. I would exchange it for a new one.
Can this be used to prime Masonry such as brick or cinder block before pouring traditional concrete or self leveling product or applying screed to enhance bonding?
It wont enhance bonding like bonding adhesive would. It used to help seal poures to stop moisture wicking.
How long do I have to wait before I pour the floor
Apply Concrete Leveler after the primer is dry (usually 30 minutes to 3 hours) and within 24 hours of the final primer coat. If more than 24 hours have elapsed, reapply primer.
